Thursday 7 February

The Star Party was a hit with a record attendance.

The weather was not with us and a mainly cloudy night meant lots of informative lectures and expert Q&A sessions.

However just before home time there was a break in the clouds and everyone got to see Jupiter and some of its moons.  What a sight!

Our next Star Party is in November (see our Whats On for details).  Book early to avoid disappointment!

The snow is now a distant memory and we can see the snowdrops again.

Thanks to Bizzie Wood who has sent us these fine shots of the Gardens after the snow and a patch of those snowdrops...

Fog on the Dee is all mine all mine

After a very foggy start to the day the fog lifted except for a long stretch hovering in the Dee estuary/valley.
