Free Seeds

Logo GentianAn important part of a botanic garden is the sharing of seeds, particularly of rare and endangered species of plants.  The Friends were offered surplus seeds for the first time in November 1970.

Today, this is still offered to members thanks to a small team of volunteers who collect, clean and pack seeds for distribution.

As a Friend, you can order up to 20 packets of free seeds for collection at Ness Botanic Gardens.

Should you wish an order to be sent to you, please send an Order Form* and Padded Stamped Addressed Envelope to:-
