How to Join
On your next visit: simply fill in a membership
form at the Admission Desk and pay by direct debit or credit/debit
card. Your receipt will act as a temporary membership card,
allowing entry until your membership pack arrives.

10.00-4.00pm and pay by credit/debit card.
Get an initial 14 months for the price of 12 (plus the rest
of the month in which you join) when you pay by Direct Debit.

From the date you return your completed membership form and

If you join at the Admissions desk, you will receive your
welcome pack straight away. Otherwise it will be posted out
to you and this may take up to 7 working days to process depending
on the time of year.
Can I come into the Gardens
without my membership card?
You'll need to bring your valid membership card each time you
wish to visit the Gardens. If you have misplaced your card, please
call us to arrange a replacement card as soon as possible.
Can I take out a membership as a
gift for somebody else?
Yes. You must specify that it is a gift at the time of purchase
and choose if you wish the gift pack to be sent to yourself, or
direct to the gift recipient. If you choose for the pack to be sent
to the gift recipient, we can include a personal message from you.
Please allow five working days for delivery (14 days for deliveries
outside the UK).
How do I set up a
If you would like the gift to be renewed annually, you can set
up a Direct Debit (and get an initial 14 months for the
price of 12) when you purchase the gift. The annual
renewal notice will be sent to you not the gift recipient.
How can I renew my
You can renew your membership by phone or post. You don't need
to do anything until you receive your renewal notice which will
include your renewal date and the cost of your next year's
membership. Your renewal letter will arrive approximately 4 weeks
prior to your renewal date. If you have set up a direct debit then
you will have to do nothing.
