On your next visit: Complete a
membership form at the Admission Desk and choose to pay by cash,
Direct Debit or Credit/Debit card. NB: Your receipt will act as a
temporary membership card, allowing entry until your membership

Get an initial 14 months for the price of 12 (plus the rest
of the month in which you join) when you pay by Direct Debit.
Please note that this offer is available to NEW members only, or
those that have never paid their membership fees by Direct

to you and this may take up to 14 working days to process

Can I come into the Gardens without my membership
You'll need to bring your valid membership card each time you
wish to visit the Gardens. If you have misplaced your card, please
call us to arrange a replacement card as soon as possible. Please
note there is a charge of £3 for a replacement card.
Can I take out a membership as a gift for somebody
Yes. You must specify that it is a gift at the time of purchase
and choose if you wish the welcome pack to be sent to
yourself, or direct to the gift recipient. If you choose for the
pack to be sent to the gift recipient, we can include a personal
message from you.
How do I set up a Direct Debit?
If you would like the membership to be renewed annually,
you can set up a Direct Debit (and get an initial 14 months for the
price of 12 if you've never been a Friend before)
when you purchase the membership. You will be required to
complete a Direct Debit Instruction along with your membership
application form. Please speak to our Admissions staff, or call the
Friends office on 0151 795 6312.
How can I renew my membership?
You can renew your membership by phone, post or in person. You
don't need to do anything until you receive your renewal notice
which will include your renewal date and the cost of your next
year's membership. Your renewal letter will arrive approximately 4
weeks prior to your renewal date. If you have set up a Direct Debit
then you do not have to do anything as the renewal
payment will automatically debit from your account.
