Set on the Wirral Peninsula, overlooking the Dee Estuary, with plants from all over the world displayed in a 64-acre oasis of gardens, Ness botanic Gardens is an inspiration for gardeners, an exciting introduction to the natural world for families, and provides a great day out for all our visitors.

Ness offers extensive, beautiful, herbaceous borders, show gardens; a Victorian style potager and Alpine House; waterfalls and water gardens; the largest UK collection of sorbus and birch, wonderful snowdrops, magnificent magnolias, camellias and rare rhododendrons and azaleas. We have acres of space for children to play, a grass labyrinth and even chickens!
