Only guide/helper dogs are allowed into the
Gardens. Dogs are welcome to exercise
in the public right of way area next to the car park
(previously the Herb Garden). There are shaded areas in
the car park for cool parking. Roses Tea Rooms are happy to
supply bowls of water and doggy treats for customers using the
outdoor area at the front of the Visitor Centre.
There are bike locking areas at the front of the Visitor Centre
and in the coach car park as Ness is an ideal stop
off for a bike ride.
For our younger
the new children's play area, find your way to the centre of
the labyrinth where you can play freely. Visit our chickens
who are thriving after being rescued from a battery farm.
Tricycles with parent handles and scooters - parents
please take care due to the steep slopes and to help all
visitors enjoy Ness.
