Group visits at Ness Botanic Gardens
A perfect day out for
everyone!
Set on the Wirral Peninsula, Ness
offers the enthusiast many horticultural delights including a
replica of an imaginative show garden designed by Chris Beardshaw
who won prestigious awards at Tatton; extensive, beautiful,
herbaceous borders always with something to offer the eye; a
Victorian style potager with many fruit trees and vegetables and
Alpine House; a waterfall and water gardens; the largest UK
collection of sorbus and most of the 49 known species of larch,
magnificent magnolias, camellias and rare rhododendrons and
azaleas.
The outstanding collections of
seasonal flowers, trees and shrubs ensure there is always something
of beauty and interest to enjoy all year round.
Visit The Kitchen Garden cafe for home grown flavours or
bring a picnic along to enjoy in the gardens. Our unique shop
offers bespoke gifts and plants from the garden so you certainly
won't go away empty handed!
Group Visit Prices
2013
- Groups 20 or more will pay £5.25 per person, with free entry
for organiser
- Groups of below 20 will pay £5.50 per person, with free entry
for organiser
Special Group Visit Offers:
All bookings in 2013 will receive a FREE Garden Guide (must be
booked in advanced) and entry will be set at £4 per visitor
provided you also book a morning or afternoon refreshment package
for all customers with The Kitchen Garden - this is a first come
first served basis.
- All guided tours are now FREE so if you haven't requested a
Guide and would like to book one please let us know so we can
organise one for your visit. FREE HOT MEAL for the
coach driver and FREE entry for the organiser is also being offered
as part of the package

We take a maximum of 3 coaches per day. Due to the
popularity of group visits we advise your organiser to contact
us in advance to secure your preferred date.
