Beekeeping Summer School

Especially for 12-16 years old this summer, discover the fascinating craft of beekeeping complete with practical sessions using the hives at Ness.

The course starts on Friday 10 August (1-3.30pm).4 weekly sessions

You will learn about honey bees, their lives and why they are important to our lives. We will also be putting beesuits on to have a look inside a beehive to spot the queen, the workers and the drones. 

All suits, gloves and equipment are provided.

12-16 year olds.
