Lancelot 'Capability' Brown changed the face of England, designing country estates and mansions, moving hills, making flowing lakes and serpentine rivers.  

This talk takes a look at the life and career of Lancelot 'Capability' Brown - born into poverty and obscurity, he became renowned across the world as the father of the English landscape garden movement. It is estimated that Brown worked on over 170 gardens across Britain  including Chatsworth House and Blenheim Palace.His stunning landscapes are still enjoyed by millions today.
