Gardeners’ Question Time Anniversary Garden Party

Saturday 16 September 2017 10:00 - Saturday 16 September 2017 18:00

Bbc -radio -4This year marks the 70th anniversary of Gardeners' Question Time, which first broadcast in 1947. To celebrate, the annual summer garden party is returning to Ness.

As ever, the party will feature the pick of the crop of gardening gurus, including Bob Flowerdew, Bunny Guinness, Anne Swithinbank, James Wong, Matthew Biggs, Pippa Greenwood, Roy Lancaster, and Gardeners' Question Time chairmen Eric Robson and Peter Gibbs.

The Summer Garden Party is a unique event - including two huge 500 seat recordings of the BBC's flagship gardening radio programme. This is your chance to meet the GQT team face-to-face, watch demonstrations, shop in our Plant & Food fair and take part in a whole range of activities across the Garden.  It promises to be a fantastic day out!
