Halloween Half Term Fun

Join us over Autumn half-term for lots of spooky family fun and enjoy the garden filled with russet reds, burning oranges and berry hues - the colours of holloween. 


Spooky Tree Trail

Man-eating plant horrors, talking trees and strange characters lurking in the garden. You will be scared witless or laugh out loud!! Uncover the botanical truth about some pretty scary trees. Trail takes about an hour. 10am - 5pm daily.

Holloween Crafts

Drop in to the Coach House and make a spider's web in the shape of a dream-catcher and create a leaf creature. Craft sessions last appoximately 20 minutes 1-3pm on Wednesday 25th, Friday 27th, Monday 30th October & Wednesday 1st November.

The Dracula Show

Count Cottonbud has lost his scare and needs some help to get it back. Join him in the Visitor Centre and see if you help him. If you enjoyed the puppet show at our Children's Fun Day in July then you will love this show full of music and laughter for children of all ages. Tuesday 31st October. 1pm, 1.45pm & 2.30pm (shows last appox. 30 minutes).


Who is it suitable for?

Families - toddlers to 12yr olds.

What does it cost?

Trail £1 per child. Craft sessions are free. Garden admission applies.

Dracula Show £2 per child - tickets on the door.

Do I need to book?

No just turn up on the day.
