Set against the backdrop of the herbaceous plantings at
Ness, you will learn how to develop a herbaceous
border, big or small, from scratch.
The course will cover basic design principles, plant selection,
soil preparation, and planting methods that will help you create a
stunning but low maintenance border.Some of the session will be
outdoors in the gardens (weather permitting) so please come dressed
in suitable clothing and footwear.
This is a one day course on Saturday 30 July
Who is it suitable for?
18+ All levels of ability. No previous experience needed.There
are no formal entry requirements; all you need is an interest in
plants and gardening.
