School's out and the sun is shining… Well, at least some of the time! Follow our new trails, play in the gardens and have a go at some design.

Wormy Worm Trail - He gets bigger and bigger as he eats all the dead leaves around the garden. Can you find him hiding? Runs until Monday 4th September.

Wildlife Spotting Trail - Follow the new nature trail posts to see what wildlife you can discover. Runs until Monday 4th September.

Pond Dipping, Mini Beast Hunting and Bird Watching - Come down to the Water Garden and join our helpful students and volunteers from Ness and Chester Zoo, to discover who lives in the ponds & woods at Ness.

Tuesday 29th & Wednesday 30th August:

11.00 am to 3.00 pm - Bird Watching with Chester Zoo Safari Ranger and volunteers

1.00 pm to 3.00 pm Pond dipping and Mini-beast Hunting with Ness Gardens volunteers and students

Who is it suitable for?

Families - Wormey Worm trail toddlers to 5-year olds. All other activities & trails 4 to 12-years olds.
