Plant identification for beginners

Join Ness Botanist Tim Baxter for this half day introduction to plant identification. The morning will introduce you to basic plant parts and the use of a botanical key followed by the chance to put your new knowledge into practice by identifying plants growing in the gardens collections.

Everybody welcome; all you need is an interest in plants and gardening. Some of the session will be outdoors in the gardens (weather permitting) so please come dressed in suitable clothing and footwear.
