Gardeners’ Question Time Anniversary Garden Party

Bbc -radio -4This year marked the 70th anniversary of Gardeners' Question Time, which first broadcast in 1947. To celebrate, the annual summer garden party returned to Ness on Saturday 16th September. The event was sold out, with 2500 tickets snapped up in record time.

As ever, the party featured the pick of the crop of gardening gurus. Chairman Eric Robson & Peter Gibbs are joined by Bob Flowerdew, Bunny Guiness, Pippa Greenwood, Matthew Wilson, Matthew Biggs, Anne Swithinbank, James Wong, Roy Lancaster, Nick Hamilton & Rosie Yeoman.

As well as the two recordings of BBC radio 4's Gardeners Question Time, te summer party featured a range of activities across from a Plant & Food Fair, Gardening & Food Demonstrations through to Guided walks & talks throughout the day.
